1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CatLabs AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CatLabs AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on CatLabs AI
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated through CatLabs AI, including but not limited to images, videos, and audio files, are subject to our usage policies. You retain rights to content you create, subject to these terms and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CatLabs AI:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To generate, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on CatLabs AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. CatLabs AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall CatLabs AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CatLabs AI.
